PERATURAN MITRA PERUSAHAAN
(indirect aktif)

1. Perusahaan indirect aktif tidak bergerak dibidang usaha yang melanggar hukum atau usaha illegal.
2. Perusahaan indirect aktif tidak bergerak dalam usaha yang menjual belikan manusia atau perbudakan.
3. Perusahaan indirect aktif beritikad baik dan bertanggung jawab bekerjasama dalam penerimaan tenagakerja yang disalurkan oleh CV. BCM  
4. Perusahaan indirect aktif bersedia memberikan informasi secara jelas dan benar serta dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara hukum yang berhubungan dengan data identitas perusahaan dan informasi kerja tenagakerja yang dibutuhkan.
5. Biaya untuk bermitra menjadi perusahaan indirect aktif terdiri dari 3 paket:
• Paket A : 3 (tiga)  bulan  Rp    300.000,- (tiga ratus ribu rupiah)
• Paket B : 6 (enam)bulan  Rp    550.000,- (lima ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah)
• Paket C : 1 (satu)  tahun  Rp 1.100.000,- ( satu juta seratus ribu rupiah)

6. Perusahaan indirect aktif berhak  mendapatkan referensi tenagakerja atau curriculum vitae atau data tenagakerja sesuai dengan paket yang diambil (sesuai point 5). Refensi total tenaga kerja baik langsung atau tidak langsung maksimal 5 orang dalam 1(satu) bulan dan berhak diiklankan kebutuhan perusahaan namun system dan aturan pengiklannannya diatur oleh pihak CV.BCM.
7. Untuk biaya psikotest dan pemasangan iklan perusahaan ditentukan menyusul dalam peraturan kesepakatan kerjasama.
8. Semua biaya perekrutan atau penerimaan tenagakerja tidak bisa ditarik kembali atau dibatalkan.
9. Tidak akan mengirim file program atau virus yang tidak dapat dimusnahkan atau merusak website BINACIPTAMANDIRI.com

REGULATION  OF  PARTNER  COMPANY
( INDIRECT  ACTIVE)

1. Indirect active company did not operate illegal business which against the law
2. Indirect active company did not operate slave business trading ( illegal human trading)
3. Indirect active company indicate good character and have responsible while working together during acceptable labors from CV BINA CIPTA MANDIRI  
4. Indirect active company should give information correctly and accurate also can be-responsible into the law related with identity of company and information of     requirement of jobs positions
5. Cost for become partner Indirect active company consist of 3 (three) packets:
• Packet A :   3 (three) months = Rp 300,000, (three hundred thousand rupiah)
• Packet B :  5 (five) months = Rp. 550,000,-(five thousand and fifty hundred rupiah)
• Packet C : 1 (one) year   = Rp1,100,000,- (one million and one hundred thousand rupiah)

6. Indirect active company should have the rights information of references labor or curriculum vitae or labor data as meet with taken decision above  packet (point 5). Total reference of  direct or indirect labor information maximal 5 (five) person within one month. Job requirement from Indirect company can be advertisement as job-posted according system and regulation from CV BINA CIPTA MANDIRI
7. Cost for physic test and company’s advertisement will be determined later based on both parties agreement 
8. All of cost recruiting or cost acceptable labor can’t be refunded again or cancellation again
9. Don’t send file program or virus which can’t be destroyed or damage website BINACIPTAMANDIRI.com
